CLASS SET UP

  • Arrange tables and chairs 

  • Set up art supplies 

  • Prepare canvas for class

CLASS ATTENDEE CHECK IN PROCESS

  • Accurately mark seat reservations prior to customer arrival

  • Assist with checking in each attendee

    • Verify and identify all ticketholders by their government issued identification

    • Complete all check in requirements outlined by upper management

​

OTHER

  • Play music from our curated playlist

  • Give initial instructions to guests at the start of class

  • Have fun with guests throughout the class 

  • Meet with upper management via facetime, zoom or by phone as needed to discuss public relations, upcoming classes, future bookings and other pertinent subjects

CLEAN UP

  • Reset room between classes 

  • Reposition each easel and art supplies​

    • Replenish paper towels as needed

    • Wash paintbrushes

    • ​Clean up paint spills\

    • Dispose of trash at the end of the night

Art Instructor 
       (Los Angeles, Oakland, Miami, Dallas, Houston ONLY) 

CLASS SET UP

  • Open studio based on the Sips of Art Enter to Exit Procedures (Los Angeles and Houston ONLY)

  • Pre-sketch canvases for both classes as needed​

  • Prepare paint pallets​

  • Paintbrush distribution​

ATTENDEE CHECK IN PROCESS

  • Assist with check in process, as needed

​

CLASS INSTRUCTION

  • Instruct acrylic painting class within 2 hours

  • Assist attendees 1 on 1, as needed

CLEAN UP

  • Please use disinfectant wipes to wipe each table between classes and at the end of each class

  • Reposition each easel​

    • Wash paintbrushes​​

      • Clean paint spills

      • Dispose of trash

    • Properly dispose of paint

​

OTHER

  • Must be able to recreate art and teach step by step to a class of non-artists

  • Assist with miscellaneous needs throughout the class and as assigned by Management
