DTLA - Trap, Twerk & Paint Labor Day Weekend Experience 09.05.2021 (8:30PM)

Scratch painting the boring sunflowers. We're about to turn the city upside down with a night of painting, trapping and twerking!

Round your girls and guys up for an evening that you’ll never forget. You come ready to turn up and we’ll bring the trap house along with all of the painting supplies that you’ll need. You’re in for a treat!

• All attendants must be 21+ with valid ID
• Includes canvas and painting supplies
• Attendees are more than welcome to bring refreshments. We do not provide beverages of any kind, ice or cups.
• We have very limited space, so we are unable to allow non-participating guests to attend our classes.
• Venue is subject to change
• Seating assignment is on a first come, first serve basis unless you reserve seats. A link will be sent after purchase when this option is available.
• Doors open 15 minutes prior to each class.

Sips of Art, LLC Covid Safety Policy:

Face masks will be available at all classes and mandatory at Sips of Art classes. Hand sanitizer will be available at all classes and temperature checks will be done upon entry.  If you have a temperature of 99.5 or higher, your entry will be denied and you be issued a credit for a future class. All attendees must wear a mask at all times unless eating or drinking. Please be considerate in observing social distance from other guests and classroom staff. If a guest repeatedly violates our mask policy, we reserve the right to ask them to leave. Under this circumstance, no refunds will be given. Sips of Art painting events are intended only for responsible adults of legal drinking age in the United States of America (21 years old or older). It is purely intended for entertainment purposes. Please do NOT drink and drive. If you need transportation, use a designated driver or a taxi service. Sips of Art and its affiliates do not advocate or encourage the abuse of alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly and with moderation. We do not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any damages that result to yourself or anyone else due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Limitation of Liability

You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date, time and location are subject to change. You will be notified immediately by email if the event date, time and location changes. No refunds will be granted for venue changes. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If an event is canceled, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card, debit card or gift card that you used to purchase your ticket(s).

You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site. If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By purchasing a ticket, you understand that you will be entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Sips of Art and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Sips of Art events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Sips of Art. You release Sips of Art, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Sips of Art or the person or entity designated to do so by Sips of Art.You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

You agree to comply with all of the Event Providers' applicable rules, policies, terms and conditions ("Event Provider Rules"). Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider Rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
